Experience has shown me that a ‘one-off’ appointment may be effective if you are highly motivated with a strong sense of self-accountability. If that sounds like you, visit the Health MOT section  as that is my single session offering.

If you prefer more support in understanding the influences on your health and where to make adjustments, one session is unlikely to help you identify and implant  the simplest, most effective way forward and create new habits that underpin success. To really understand your unique situation, current concerns and goals, and to collaborate effectively on creating your new way of eating, you may prefer my Signature package. Custom-built. Just for, and with, you.

The highly personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, research and support in the Signature programme is designed to keep you motivated and on track, making it possible for you to start living Life well.

What will I achieve?

The length of your programme depends on where you’re starting from and what you want to achieve. My Signature programme is 3 months long (or 12 weeks if you prefer) providing a firm foundation for living Life well, and includes an option to extend the programme at preferential rates.

Together, we start with a full nutrition and lifestyle assessment, developing a deep understanding of where you are and where you would like to be. We craft your goals and build out a plan of action based on the tiny steps that become established then develop those, moving forward. We consider any perceived barriers or blocks to progress and create a strategy for handling those. We check-in, review, explore, and refine, offering the tools you require to make helpful choices. Food, activity, sleep, relaxation, mindset, supplements, lab testing: every aspect of your health can be included to provide a complete perspective.

It’s a partnership approach: what you achieve really comes down to how you turn up mentally, whether you’re willing to participate fully and openly, to learn how to live Life well.

Sabra has given me soooo much information and advice for my digestive issues, it was amazing! Mostly practical lifestyle / behavioural changes that are free and easy to try - and avoid tablets which is great. Others were suggestions for supportive supplements to help in the short term. I feel heaps better already, but being proactive in my own healthcare is the most valuable bit. Highly recommend.

  • A full, in-depth Whole Self assessment to explore your current nutrition and lifestyle choices plus other factors that influence wellbeing, such as sleep-wake cycles, stress, and mood fluctuations

  • Your core food plan to nourish your body and mind
  • Consultations at intervals that best support you as you explore your health, identifying and implementing changes to how you eat and move through Life
  • A toolbox of information to help you move towards your desired outcome
  • Behaviour change tools to help you deal with unhelpful eating habits, beat cravings, and encourage more helpful choices
  • Coaching, motivation, accountability and support throughout the programme to help you as you begin to live Life well
  • Recommendations for testing and nutritional supplements where appropriate, with additional costs fully explained
