Want to switch up your health but prefer a gentler approach while you make up your mind? How about a baseline assessment providing an idea of where to start and work on before you step up your investment in your health?

This is a perfect first step if you only have one or two minor health niggles, if you want direction, resources and guidance but don’t need much support, or if you know what to do but need a kick-start.

Most of my clients are able to invest in their health, choosing to work with me over a period of time to understand and firmly embed updates to their health management strategy.


If you prefer a gradual introduction to health updating, or perhaps you just want to dip a toe into the water and see how easy it is to create better health, the Health MOT might be a useful starting point.

This option includes a Whole Self Health and Lifestyle Assessment with indicative areas for attention and generalised guidance for choices that better support health.
